WORKSHOP
Our workshops comprise of 3 No. fabrication workshops 2 at 4,000 sq.ft and 1
@ 2000 sq.ft and over 10,000 sq. ft of lay down and storage facilities. The
workshop utilises the latest welding, material cutting, end preparation
equipment and 5T overhead crane facilities.
Our workshop personnel are all multi skilled tradesmen capable of fabricating
and welding almost anything in any material.
Our current Plant and Equipment List includes;
2 off 5 ton pipe and vessel manipulators,
4 off 0.5 ton pipe manipulators. 1 off 3 ton fork lift, 6m reach.
1 off 2.5 ton forklift, 1 off 5 ton overhead crane. Bohler pipe prepping machines:- 50mm to 150mm NB,
100mm to 200mm NB,
200mm to 400mm NB, 400 Amp AC/ DC Tig welding plants,
500 amp Mig welding plants with flux core procedure capacity,
300 amp MMA welding plants, 2 off band saws - capacity 15mm to 350mm diameter. Geka - punching, shearing, notching machine capable of working 20mm
plate. Plate bevelling machine - 20mm plate. Pug plate cutting machines. Small set of rollers - 6mm plate

Our welders are all fully coded to ASME IX and BS EN 287 standards. Among the processes utilised are manual metallic arc welding (MMA), tungsten inert gas welding (TIG) and metal inert gas (MIG).
Association with local company J & S Laser & Folding as a preferred customer where all requirements are treated as high priority. To include lasering of carbon steel to 20mm and stainless steel to 12mm. Rolling to 12mm thick. Folding / Pressing to 20mm thick.
