Quality at Puma encompasses every activity we undertake, from initial receipt of a customer enquiry through to contract completion. Our Quality Management System has been accredited by Lloyds to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 for 9 years. We have clear and defined quality objectives to provide a quality product first time every time and have just gained PED certification to allow us to CE mark pressure vessels and pipework in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.module H1.

 

Every project that Puma Engineering & Construction undertakes is manufactured and installed to exacting standards using only top quality materials and processes, helping to ensure trouble free future service, even in the most demanding of environments.

 

In keeping with today's demanding requirements we provide a full quality assured package including materials tractability, weld maps, radiography reports and pressure testing certificates, which completely comply with all current industry standards.

In addition, our management are closely involved in each project to ensure optimum quality throughout every aspect of planning and manufacture.

 

We also provide Risk Assessment reports and Method Statements. Throughout every contract we carefully assess and monitor each stage of our work to ensure consistent high performance to meet the demands of the intended application, and fully conform to Health and Safety requirements.
